Position Overview:

Under the direction of the Ecommerce Manager, the Ecommerce Warehouse Associate will assist in all retail e-commerce sales and marketing strategies for the Cavaliers Operating Company (Cleveland Cavaliers, Cleveland Monsters, Quicken Loans Arena, Canton Charge); and maximize online store sales revenue, profits, and operational efficiencies to assure a quality fan and customer retail experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill client orders accurately and adhere to proper shipping policies for domestic and international orders.
  • Fulfill custom jersey orders using professional heat-pressing equipment.
  • Execute Web store content changes using database management tools.
  • Familiarization with the full lifecycle of website products and product promotions.
  • Collaborate with merchandising team to maintain product pages online.
  • Assist with all retail product web content including product uploads, content changes, customer database maintenance, stock balances and cycle counts.
  • Aid in website merchandising and presentation by placing products in appropriate collections and groupings while maximizing ease and efficiency of browsing and perform quality assurance reviews to ensure website accuracy.
  • Work on special assignments/projects concerning functionality as it concerns merchandising, data management, and operational processes.
  • Handle incoming retail and Web customer service calls and emails. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of retail inventory or operations experience in a specialty or department store environment preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic a must.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment.

Retail Warehouse Associate - Cleveland Cavaliers (Cleveland, OH)

Position Location: Cleveland Cavaliers Off-Site Retail Warehouse - 12665 Corporate Dr., Cleveland, OH 44130.

Type of Position: Hourly, Part-time

Position Overview:

Under the direction of the Manager of Retail Warehouse Operations, assists the Quicken Loans Arena retail operations team with day-to-day inventory and warehouse activities that include but are not limited to processing shipments, storing/organizing products, distributing/replenishing merchandise, and participation in retail operational special projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and checking-in of retail vendor purchase orders and receipts.
  • Counting verifications of product.
  • Ticketing merchandise.
  • Inventory put-away and organization of product in warehouse.
  • Picking and pulling of warehouse merchandise for distribution to retail selling locations.
  • Facilitate movement of merchandise to and from warehouse and across various selling locations.
  • Participate in physical inventories and periodic cycle counts in warehouse and various selling locations.
  • Print and distribute markdown documents and tickets to appropriate selling locations.
  • Perform price change ticketing of warehouse inventory.
  • Create and maintain various information spreadsheets and files as direct by supervisor.
  • Facilitate organizational efforts within retail operations warehouse area.
  • Maintain daily detailed communications with supervisor pertaining to all levels of responsibility,
  • Execute internal product transfers and merchandise requests.
  • Process merchandise damages and return-to-vendor product requests.
  • Maintain retail operations supply inventory.

  • Ability to operate motorized pallet jack and/or forklift if necessary.

Retail Brand and Operations Manager - Cleveland Cavaliers (Cleveland, OH)

Summary:  Successful candidate will plan and execute sales and operational best practices across all Quicken Loans Arena events including Cleveland Cavaliers, Cleveland Monsters, Cleveland Gladiators and other Q events. Responsibilities will include accountability for Retail Shop, Merchandise Concession and Warehouse performance in the areas of talent, operations and brand. Direct areas of accountability include: Maximizing sales revenue, ensuring operational integrity, driving operational efficiencies, staff training and development, and execution of highest levels of customer service resulting in exceptional fan experience. Position requires full participation in all Arena events.

Responsiblities: 

Operations

  • Assist and support Director of Retail with the establishment and implementation of retail strategies involving store management, concessions/event management, and inventory management.
  • Forecast and execute sound operational and financial plans associated with managing retail merchandise strategies within Quicken Loans Arena.
  • Analyze operational efficiencies, customer service levels, product sales/trends to make improvements and maximize future business opportunities.

Position Overview:

The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for leading our digital marketing strategy including sales, operation and brand initiatives for The Cleveland Cavaliers, The Cleveland Monsters, The Cleveland Gladiators and the Canton Charge properties. This key position will be responsible for maximizing online sales, timely and accurate management of both on-line and physical inventory, and execution of site and web warehouse processes, including merchandising, promotions, reporting analysis and overall performance.

Responsibilities:

Talent

  • Lead the hiring/training/development/supervision and scheduling of Web Team.
  • Plan and lead daily/weekly team meetings to promote highest levels of communication, consistency and performance.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with buying team, sales and operations teams and retail leadership to drive sales and support best practice execution.
  • Assure compliance with all HR standard operating procedures.
  • Provide consistent feedback and hold Team accountable for results including maximum productivity.
  • Build and maintain positive partnerships with all internal departments, vendors and third party  providers.

Operations

  • Manage multiple third party relationships including SEO, payment gateways, software developers, dropship vendors.
  • Consistently analyze sales and operational efficiencies to identify opportunities for growth and offer strategy  recommendations.
  • Create, execute and achieve sales plans, expense budgets and operational initiatives.
  • Perform daily audits to ensure accuracy, functionality and operational integrity of site.
  • Web maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain an active knowledge of emerging technology and on-line retail trends.

Requirements:
